Zach's Auto Repair and Performance, located at 6409 Land O Lakes Blvd, Land O Lakes, FL 34638, offers a comprehensive range of automotive repair and performance services for both passenger vehicles and diesel trucks. Our services include, but are not limited to: automotive diagnostics, brake repair, engine services, tire repair and replacement, custom exhaust work, 4x4 suspension lift installations, performance modifications, and classic car repair and maintenance. All services are performed by ASE-certified technicians.
2. Appointments and Scheduling
- All service appointments are subject to availability.
- While we strive to accommodate all requests, specific time slots are not guaranteed until confirmed by our staff, typically via phone or in-person.
- We request that you arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. Delays may result in rescheduling.
- Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (813) 949-5050.
3. Estimates and Pricing
- We provide estimates for services based on the initial assessment of your vehicle. These estimates are not fixed quotes and may be subject to change upon a more thorough inspection or if additional issues are discovered during the repair process.
- Any significant deviations from the original estimate will be communicated to you, and your approval will be sought before proceeding with additional work.
- Prices for parts and labor are subject to change without prior notice, though we will always endeavor to provide current pricing at the time of your service request.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment for all services and parts is due in full upon completion of the work and before vehicle release.
- We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Please inquire about specific accepted payment methods.
- Failure to pay for services rendered may result in a lien being placed on your vehicle as permitted by Florida law, or other legal remedies to recover outstanding balances.
5. Warranty and Guarantees
Zach's Auto Repair and Performance stands behind its workmanship. Specific warranty periods and conditions for parts and labor will be provided to you upon request, or at the time of service, and typically depend on the type of service performed and the parts used. This warranty does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, or subsequent repairs performed by third parties.
6. Vehicle Drop-Off and Pick-Up
- Vehicles left at our facility outside of business hours are at the owner's risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
- Vehicles must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe after notification of completion. Vehicles left beyond this period may be subject to storage fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zach's Auto Repair and Performance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Zach's Auto Repair and Performance and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of (a) your use of and access to our service, or (b) a breach of these Terms.
